Category A: Manufactuer Defects & Shipping Damages
If a customer receives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items from Montessori Essentials, you can request for replacement. Please email to email@example.com or give us a call within 7 days of the delivery date. Montessori Essentials will pay for the shipping of the replacement items.
Category B: Exchange Policy
If customer would like to exchange others products after his/her purchased due to personal reason, you are able to request from Montessori Essentials, NO ADDITIONAL cost will be incur if the items not yet been send to you. If the purchased items had been delivered, exchange cost will be impose for our delivery representative to exchange the items to you.
Category C: Personal Preferences
If customer would like to returned or exchanged because of customers' personal preferences, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any returns and exchanges due to their personal preferences.
